Otoplasty
Natural ear correction for lasting confidence

What is it?
Surgical correction of prominent or asymmetrical ears to achieve a natural, balanced appearance. A delicate procedure with discreet results and rapid recovery.
How does it work?
Consultation & assessment
Detailed analysis of ear shape, projection and symmetry. The surgical plan is tailored to your anatomy and desired degree of correction.
Surgery under anaesthesia
The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia (adults) or general anaesthesia (children), typically lasting 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. An incision is made behind the ear for complete concealment.
Cartilage reshaping & suturing
The ear cartilage is carefully scored, folded or excised to create the desired shape. Internal sutures hold the new form in place for a natural, lasting result.
Headband & healing
A protective headband is worn continuously for 1 week, then at night for 3 to 4 weeks. Sutures are removed after 7 to 10 days. Final results are visible once swelling subsides.
Benefits
Who is it for?
Otoplasty is suitable for adults and children (from age 7, when ear growth is nearly complete) who feel self-conscious about prominent, asymmetrical or unusually shaped ears. The procedure is equally effective for correcting one or both ears.
